This business provides centralised property services for a number of private and public sector organisations with a combined estate of many thousands of properties. The primary task was to amalgamate these different operating units into one service centre organisation with consistent procedures for operation and billing. The streamlined business achieved substantial improvements in profitability (with an additional 10% of turnover being added to the bottom line profit) as well as increase in their client satisfaction by providing clear visibility of workflow progress, and speed of reporting.

Scope of service: system integration and legacy system data transfer. System interfaces between the client's and their customer systems for progress reporting and budgetary control.
